Godrej, ATS, M3M: Which builder for a 3BHK in Sector 150?

Been renting for years in Noida and honestly, I'm fed up. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at 3BHK options around Sector 150, budget is ₹1.5-2 Cr. Shortlisted a few projects: Godrej Nest, ATS Pristine, and M3M The Cullinan. Godrej ka track record generally acha suna hai for delivery, but M3M ke projects looks flashy. ATS ki construction quality pe kya feedback hai, especially post-possession? Not sure if M3M ki customer support kaisi hoti hai after booking. Kya in builders ne time pe handover kiya hai, ya delays common hain? Aur construction quality mein kitna difference hai? Any hidden issues ya surprises jo aap logon ne face kiye ho with these builders? Which one would you guys trust more for an end-user?
