Yaar Godrej ka naam toh bada hai, but Bengaluru mein delivery track record kaisa hai inka? Price range (₹2.5 Cr – ₹3.9 Cr) thoda high lag raha hai for an upcoming project. Kya lagta hai, appreciation milega?
Appreciation ka scene toh pure Bengaluru mein ab thoda saturated hai, especially for such high-ticket projects. Pre-launch se abhi tak Godrej Aveline mein kitna appreciation hua hai, ye check karna important hai. Builders initial buyers ko faida dete hain, but after that, growth slows down. Always check the RERA docs for previous project delays.
Track record mixed hai. Mere ek senior ne Whitefield mein liya tha, time pe mil gaya. But dusre ne Adigara Kallahalli ke paas liya, wahan 1.5 saal delay hua. Appreciation toh market pe depend karta hai, abhi toh thoda slow hai.
Godrej Aveline ka naam sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Under-construction ka risk kitna hai yaar? Koi experience share karega?
Honestly, Godrej is a big name. Thoda delay ho toh bhi quality compromise nahi karte. Risk hai but calculated, agar brand pe trust hai.
Ussi darr se main bhi peeche hata tha. Mera ek friend ka Godrej project 2 saal late hua tha in Agrahara Layout. Toh under-construction risk toh hai, especially with such a long possession date (2031-03-01).
