Visited Godrej Aveline last weekend. Kids have moved out, toh ab chota flat chahiye. Brochure mein toh sab dikhaate hain, but club house aur green areas kitne useful honge, not sure. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe. Is it really value for money for just two people? Koi rehta hai wahan?

Yaar, I felt the same when I checked out Godrej Aveline. Maintenance charges sunke toh hosh ud gaye! For just two people, I'm not sure if we'll even use the clubhouse or all those green areas enough to justify that cost. Is it really value for money for just two people? Koi rehta hai wahan, can confirm?
Haan bhai, same feeling! Mera budget bhi tight hai, aur itne charges dekh ke toh darr lag raha hai. Kya karein?
