Sahi kaha. Mera bhi experience similar hai. Ek baar maine Akshayanagar mein ek project dekha tha, unhone bhi dates change ki thi. Jab maine builder se pucha, toh bas gol-mol jawab diye. Capital appreciation toh tab hogi na jab time pe possession milega. Yeh builders bas initial hype create karte hain, baad mein sab bhool jaate hain.
Haan, aur Bengaluru ka market bhi upar-neeche ho raha hai. Kya lagta hai, is delay se overall property values pe kya asar hoga? Investment hai ya liability ban jayega?
