Godrej Dwarka project: Builder payment trap is draining me

Not proud of this but I'm stuck with a Godrej Properties project in Dwarka. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections. Construction-linked plan mein payments mangte rehte hain, but project ka progress slow hai. My EMI is running, aur possession ka pata nahi. What options do I have? Is legal action worth it from here?
