Godrej Habitat's possession timelines are just a marketing gimmick.
Did a site visit to Godrej Habitat last month, and honestly, builder ka promises aur ground reality mein bahut farak hai. They said possession was on track, but current owners bol rahe hain ki delays bahut zyada hain. I'm already in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but is this headache worth it? Already have a home loan, don't want more EMI without a home. Anyone else face this with Godrej?

Totally relate yaar! Godrej Habitat ka naam toh bada hai, but delays common hain. ₹1 Cr ke upar jaa raha hai price, aur agar time pe na mile toh bahut bada financial burden hai. Mere dost ne bhi ek project mein book kiya tha, same issue. Builders bas marketing karte hain, ground reality kuch aur hoti hai.
Haan, Godrej ka toh track record thoda shaky hai possession dates pe. Sahi pakda hai tumne. It's a common complaint across their projects.
