Guys, first-time buyer here, bahut confused hoon! Godrej Jardinia aur Amrapali Crystal Homes mein se kaunsa better hai for investment, especially 5-year appreciation? Godrej ka naam toh bahut bada hai, but usme toh possession ka risk hai, right? Amrapali Crystal Homes is showing 'Ready to Move' but I saw somewhere its RERA possession date is late 2025. Is that true? Price range Amrapali ka 2.3 Cr se 3.6 Cr bol rahe hain, which is my upper limit. What do you all think? Brand value pe jaaun ya ready property
