Godrej Magesty Noida Ext: Is this value-for-money?

What's your take on Godrej Magesty's new launch in Noida Extension? I just checked out a video on it. The apartments seem nice, but I'm really wondering if the asking price is justified for that location. It feels a bit steep, honestly. Are other projects in Noida Ext offering better value these days? Would love to hear if you guys think it's a good investment.

Yaar, I saw the video too. Price in Noida Extension feels like they're trying to cash in too much for Godrej. Mera budget tight hai, is it really worth it?

Honestly, U1, for Noida Extension, I don't think so. There are definitely better options if you look around.
