Godrej Majesty Noida Extension: Builder track record?
Is Godrej Properties known for timely deliveries and good build quality? I'm looking at their new Godrej Majesty project in Noida Extension from a video. It shows 2, 3, 4 BHKs, with prices starting from ₹2.46 Cr and possession scheduled for Jan 2030. The project looks decent with amenities, but I'm honestly more concerned about their past performance. Have any of you bought from Godrej before, especially in Noida? Did you face any issues with possession delays or construction quality?

I heard about Godrej Woods in Sector 43, Noida. Wahan bhi initial delays hue the, but eventually they delivered. For Godrej Majesty, the RERA number is UPRER
Godrej ho ya koi aur, delays toh common hai Noida mein. Trust karna mushkil hai.
Bhai, Godrej ka naam toh hai market mein. Mera friend ne bhi Godrej project dekha tha. But yeah, 2.46 Cr starting for Noida Extension is quite high. Kya lagta hai, is it worth it? Amenities toh kaafi acchi dikh rahi hain video mein.
