Is Noida still a good investment for 2026-27, considering current prices have already gone up quite a bit? Just moved into Godrej Nest, Sector 150, last month. Builder ka track record sahi laga tha. But abhi lag raha hai kya yeh prices sustain honge? Jewar Airport ka impact kitna aur aayega, ya mostly priced-in hai? Kya abhi bhi entry point accha hai ya peak ho gaya hai?
