Pre-launch price se toh badha hai, but future mein kitna upar jaega? Resale market bhi thodi slow lag rahi hai, koi active buyers nahi dikh rahe. Jo log yahan already rehte hain, unka kya experience hai? Koi exit strategy ke baare mein soch raha hai ya long-term hold plan hai?

But as per RERA UPRERAPRJ14252, Godrej Nest Phase 2 ka official possession date 2024-09-30 hai, aur project status COMPLETED dikha raha hai. Kya builder ne sabko early possession de diya hai ya sirf aapko? Aur actual handover status kya hai, occupancy certificate mil gaya hai ya pending hai? Yeh details bahut important hain, kyunki bina OC ke rental agreement mein bhi issues aa sakte hain.

Totally agree. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon, aur yeh ground reality dekh kar darr lag raha hai. Maine toh socha tha accha return milega but Noida ka rental market abhi slow hai, especially for new projects. Lagta hai bahut log same boat mein hain.
