₹1.3 Cr for a 2BHK at Godrej Palm Retreat 1 feels like a trap. Everyone talks about the amenities but nobody discusses the *actual* daily living experience. Fed up of renting, but is this project truly livable? Yaar, noise levels, air quality... what's the real scene there? Is it just good on paper? Change my mind.
