I am keen to see how they've designed the living areas, bedrooms, and utility spaces. Will the kitchens be practical? Do the balconies add real usable space or just aesthetic appeal? For end-users, good natural light and ventilation are key for daily comfort, especially in Bengaluru's climate. The design needs to support a modern lifestyle, ensuring no wasted corridors or awkward corners. Ultimately, at this price point, the value will hinge on how intelligently Godrej has planned these spaces.
