Godrej possession: hidden costs caught me off guard

Unexpected charges right before possession in Noida? I'm in real estate, thought I knew it all. But my Godrej Properties 3BHK near Expressway... what a shock. PLC/EDC expected. But the 'final adjustment' for maintenance deposits, random 'utility setup fees'? Ridiculous. A good ₹2.5L extra out of nowhere, matlab, total shock. They wait till you're desperate for keys, then spring it. Honestly, not sure what to do. ATS Group ya Gulshan Homz projects mein bhi aisa hua hai? Is this standard practice?
