Godrej Properties' construction quality in Greater Noida feels a bit overhyped these days.

I'm searching for a 3BHK for my family, maybe in Noida Extension ya near Yamuna Expressway, budget ₹1.5 Cr tak. We saw some projects, the amenities shown were great – like big pools and proper kids' play areas. But residents told me about plaster cracks and seepage issues within a year. Is this common with other builders like ATS ya Gaursons too? My wife wants a safe building for the kids and a good school nearby, but if maintenance itself is an issue, then kya fayda. Also, post-booking customer support ka experience kaisa hai? Do they actually resolve issues quickly?
