Godrej Properties' construction quality needs a reality check

Dwarka keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Rohini, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe ₹2.5Cr range. Already have a home loan. Looking at DLF, Godrej, Tata Housing projects there. Heard mixed things about DLF's hidden charges and Godrej's actual construction quality after possession. Also, how's their customer support post-booking? Is the price jump for these builders really worth it for end-use?
