Sarjapur Road projects are a headache, honestly. Fed up of renting, finally booked with Godrej Properties, but possession date ka kya hi bolun. Already 9 months late, aur koi proper communication nahi. Customer support toh phone hi nahi uthata. Is this normal with them? EMI chalu hai, rent bhi de raha hoon. Bahut frustration ho rahi hai.

Bhai, totally feel you! Godrej ka toh naam hi kharab ho gaya hai for delivery timelines. Mera friend bhi Whitefield mein phasa hua hai, 1.5 saal delay ho gaya uska project. First-time buyer ke liye toh yeh sab bahut daunting lagta hai.
