Is Godrej Properties' delivery record actually reliable in Noida for real? Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Looking for a manageable 2BHK/3BHK in Noida, maybe Sector 150 ya 107. Don't need such a big place anymore, just something low-maintenance with a good society and elevator access near a hospital. Heard Godrej aur ATS ka naam aata hai, but ACE Group aur Gaursons ke projects mein kaafi delays sunne ko milte hain. Is it true? Kisi ka personal experience hai? On-time possession ka kya scene hai? Aur yeh hidden charges jaise PLC, maintenance deposit kitna extra lag jaata hai at handover? Don't want any surprises. Post-possession society maintenance kitni aati hai usually? Budget mein rehna chahiye. Which builder actually keeps their word?
