But honestly, I'm more concerned about Godrej Properties' overall track record. Noida mein inke projects ka kya scene raha hai? Kisi ka experience hai Godrej ke saath, especially regarding construction quality ya possession delays? Before considering, I'm really curious to know.

For those asking, Godrej Majesty ka price range toh high end hai, ₹2.4 Cr – ₹4.8 Cr. Aur possession date 2030-02-16 dikha raha hai RERA pe (UPRERAPRJ250823/04/2025). That's a long wait for such a premium property. Is it really worth blocking funds for so long, especially with the current market conditions?
2030 is too far, yaar. Inflation bhi dekhni padegi, aur by then, interest rates can change drastically.
2.4 Cr minimum? Budget se bahar hai yeh toh! First-time buyer ke liye impossible hai.

Haan bhai, same concern. Mere ek dost ne Godrej Woods mein book kiya tha, thoda late hua tha usko. Possession mein 6-8 mahine ka delay aaya tha.
