Godrej quality fears for Delhi downsizing

Is Godrej's construction quality actually holding up in their Delhi projects? My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big place in Vasant Kunj and looking for something more manageable, maybe a 2BHK around Dwarka or Saket. I'm eyeing a few from Godrej and DLF, but honestly, I'm worried about the long-term. Heard some stories about plaster cracks and seepage after a couple of years with other builders. Also, what's the actual word on their on-time delivery? Don't want to get stuck paying EMI and rent simultaneously. And the big one for us: post-possession maintenance charges. Are they reasonable or do they spike after a year? We don't need a lot of frills, just a well-built, low-hassle place near a hospital. Any experiences with their projects, especially around the ₹1.5Cr - ₹2.5Cr range? Wondering if DLF's older projects might be a safer bet for quality, even if they're a bit older.
