Is anyone else experiencing serious construction quality issues after moving into their new place? I got possession of my 3BHK from Godrej in Dwarka Phase 2 just two months ago, and honestly, the finishing is already showing cracks. Things nobody told me about, like seepage starting in the bathroom. I thought builders like Godrej or even DLF in Vasant Kunj were known for better standards. Also, the hidden charges at possession were insane. That final bill with PLC and maintenance deposits added nearly 12L. What's the deal with their post-possession maintenance charges too? I'm wondering if Tata Housing or Raheja are better on these fronts. What are your first-hand experiences with quality and hidden costs from these builders in Delhi?
