Godrej quality might justify the premium.

Visited a couple of projects in Noida Extension last weekend. ATS aur Godrej ka construction quality achha lag raha tha, but Gaurs ki pricing better hai. I'm worried about actual delivery dates with some builders. Aur finishing work mein kya real issues aate hain? Which one would you pick for a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr?
