My loan is pre-approved for a 2BHK around ₹1.5 Cr, eyeing Sohna Road or nearby sectors, and now I'm completely stuck on builders. I'm looking at Godrej and Signature Global specifically. My parents keep saying Godrej has good delivery times but I've heard mixed reviews on post-possession maintenance. For Signature Global, I'm finding a lot of talk about construction quality issues after a year or two, like seepage. Honestly, I'm not sure which one to lean towards. Is the delivery track record more important than initial quality for a first home? What's the real story on maintenance charges and build quality for these two in Sohna?
