Bhai, exactly yahi fear mujhe bhi hai! Godrej Summit suna toh tha achha project hai, but resale value ka sabse bada tension hai. Jab main bhi dekh raha tha, laga ki prices toh theek hain but exit strategy ka kya? Kaafi builders Gurgaon mein bhi aise hi projects bana dete hain jahan entry easy hai, exit impossible.
