Noida ka market toh abhi high chal raha hai, rates soaring hain. Godrej Tropical Isle premium project hai, toh prices bhi premium hi honge. But ek concern ye bhi hai ki kahin oversupply na ho jaaye. Mere ek dost ne Ajayabpur mein book kiya tha, aur use bhi 2 saal delay mila. Investment point of view se toh theek hai, par agar immediate shifting ka plan hai, toh 2030 bahut lamba wait hai. Thoda aur wait kar sakte ho toh better deals mil sakti hain.
RERA number UPRERAPRJ303390 toh theek hai, but has anyone checked the land acquisition status for this specific plot in Sector 146? Noida-Greater Noida Expressway ke paas waale sectors mein land related issues bahut common hain. Kahin baad mein koi problem na ho jaaye.
