My current 2BHK in Sector 62 is feeling cramped, and we're ready for an upgrade to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Godrej Vrikshya Sohna looks amazing on paper, especially with those amenities, but the project delivery timeline is making me really anxious. I'm already carrying a home loan, and the thought of paying EMIs for an under-construction project with significant delays or quality issues is stressing me out. Builder ka track record Sohna mein kaisa hai? Jin logon ko possession mil gaya, did you face major issues with finishing, or were promised amenities actually functional? Is the premium for Godrej really justified, ya phir it's just a brand name and fancy brochure? Want to know if it's genuinely a good home.
