Is Godrej Vrikshya genuinely good to live in every day, or is it just another project that looks great on paper? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of taking the plunge. Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikha rahe hain, but kitni actually functional hain, ye samajh nahi aata. Builders often overpromise, right? Aur neighborhood kaisa hai? Schools, daily needs ke stores kitni paas hain? Koi resident hai wahan ka, real experience share kar sakta hai? Hope someone has the actual ground reality.

Yaar, Godrej Vrikshya ka brochure toh har project ka hi mast hota hai. But the possession date, 2031-06-01, is so far away! That's like 7 years from now. By then, pata nahi kya market conditions hongi. I'm also a first-time buyer and this long wait makes me super nervous. Feels like a huge risk to block so much money for so long. Kya guarantee hai ki time pe milega aur jo amenities dikha rahe hain, woh banengi bhi?
