Is Godrej Zenith's 3BHK layout genuinely practical for daily living? I'm checking out their 3BHKs, around ₹1.84 Cr. The carpet area felt a bit tight during the site visit, honestly. My parents keep saying it looks small on paper compared to older Gurgaon flats. Is the space actually usable? Also, what's the real vibe in that area? Are decent schools and daily shopping nearby, or is it isolated? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if the premium justifies the space. Has anyone found the layouts too compact?

The area around Godrej Zenith is still developing, as you mentioned. Schools are there, but maybe not the top-tier ones within walking distance yet. For daily shopping, you'll find local kirana stores, but proper malls ya big supermarkets will require a drive. It
I actually visited Godrej Zenith last month and the 3BHK was definitely compact, but the amenities and location potential are good for long term. They are quoting ₹1.8 Cr for a mid-floor unit. The RERA number is GGM/799/531/2024/26 and possession is 2030-12-01. It's a long wait, but maybe worth it for the brand name? What do others think about the possession date, it feels quite far off.
Brand name is good, no doubt, but is it worth ₹1.8 Cr for a compact 3BHK with such a long wait? Maybe check out some ready-to-move options around Airport Road side for similar budget? At least you get immediate possession and clarity on space.
Yes, 2030 is long, but it's an ongoing project, so that's expected for a development of this scale. For a Godrej project with 1357 units, it's a massive undertaking. Just manage your finances well till then, as EMIs and rent together can be tough.
2030? Bahut zyada wait time hai! Itna delay toh normal hai for ongoing projects, but this seems excessive.
Totally agree with you! These new 3BHKs are just glorified 2.5BHKs. Builders cut corners everywhere now to fit within a certain price point. Kya karein, budget mein ab yahi milta hai yaar.
Exactly! Carpet area is the real deal. Brochure mein sab bada lagta hai, but once you put furniture, it's a different story.
Haan yaar, my friend bought in a different project near Badshahpur and the actual usable area was so much less than what was promised. Godrej ka bhi yahi haal hai kya? Brochures always show so much space but reality is different.
