Godrej Zenith: My family's big move, or big mistake?

But the price point (₹1.8 Cr – ₹6.6 Cr) and the possession date (2030-12-01) are definite red flags for first-time buyers on a budget. If you're okay with waiting almost 7 years and have that kind of budget, it might be worth it. Otherwise, there are other options with earlier possession, maybe not as branded but equally good. Due diligence is key, check their past projects' delivery timelines.

Schools aur society vibe ke liye, Godrej naam hai toh generally achha hi hota hai. Near Badshahpur, you have some decent schools like DPS, GD Goenka. But you'll need to check the exact distance and school bus routes. Vibe toh occupancy ke baad hi pata chalta hai, but Godrej societies usually have good facilities and community events.

Carpet area ka point valid hai, U1. Brochures mein sab bada dikhta hai, but actual mein 2BHK ka carpet area ab 600-700 sqft hi milta hai. Godrej Zenith mein agar family growing hai, toh 3BHK hi consider karna padega, which again hits the budget hard. Maine Baharampur Naya ke paas ek project dekha tha, wahan thoda better space mil raha tha, but location utni prime nahi thi.

Sab theek hai, but possession date dekha kisi ne? 2030-12-01! That's like ages away. RERA number GGM/799/531/2024/26 DATED 18.03.2024 dikh raha hai, but builders pe bharosa karna kitna sahi hai aajkal? Kya lagta hai, time pe milega?

Been looking for 8 months now, exhausted. Godrej Zenith ka actual carpet area kitna practical hai for a growing family? Ya sirf brochure pe acha lagta hai? Society ka vibe aur schools kaise hain? Change my mind.
