₹1.9 Cr for our 3BHK in Sector 65 felt right, but after moving in, I'm having second thoughts. We got possession from Godrej Properties a couple months back. The finishing quality is okay, but we've already noticed some plaster cracks and minor seepage in one bathroom. Honestly, I'm not sure if this is normal for new constructions or if we just got unlucky. Did anyone else buy from Godrej or M3M around Golf Course Extension? How was your experience with construction quality and actual amenities delivered vs. what was promised? Did you face a lot of hidden charges at OC time? Wondering if DLF or Emaar projects are generally better.
