Is Goel Ganga Platinum B Building B truly livable for families? I'm in real estate, know the marketing hype. But buying for myself, I need ground reality. Brochure looks great, but actual daily life experience kaisa hai? Ongoing construction se noise, air quality ka kya scene hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets aas paas kaise hain? Commute ka kya haal hai major hubs se? Jinhe possession mil gaya, any big issues after moving in? Off the record, project delivery experience kaisa raha?

Commute ka scene toh sach mein tough hai. Major hubs se direct connectivity utni achi nahi hai abhi. Future mein shayad improve ho.
Akurdi se commute toh thoda lengthy hoga, traffic ka issue rehta hai. But schools like Vibgyor aur hospitals jaise Columbia Asia wahan se bahut door nahi hain. Market ke liye bhi options mil jayenge, but maybe not walking distance.
Yaar, Goel Ganga ka track record mixed hai. Mere ek friend ne Ambegaon mein unka ek project liya tha, possession mein 1.5 saal ka delay hua tha. Quality bhi average hi nikli. Platinum B mein 81 units hain, toh delivery pressure toh hoga hi. RERA number P52100054598 hai, toh at least kuch accountability hai, but phir bhi darr lagta hai.
Ambegaon wala case toh suna hai maine bhi. Is project mein bhi ongoing construction ka issue hai. Plus, 2027 ka possession date hai, market conditions tab tak kitni change hongi kaun jaanta hai. Pune real estate mein abhi bhi thoda correction due hai.
