The glossy brochures for new projects in Pune are often a big joke, honestly. I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. Was looking at Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2. Their amenities list looks great on paper, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Does the clubhouse actually get used daily, ya bas showpiece hai? Aur construction quality ka kya scene hai? After a year, cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Maintenance charges bhi high hote hain, but service quality kaisi rehti hai? Is the kids' play area actually safe aur usable, ya bas ek ticked-off checkbox? EMI vs rent math toh kar liya, but yeh long-term headaches ka kya?

Totally agree yaar! This is my biggest fear too. Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 ka brochure toh dream lag raha hai, but I've seen so many projects jahan amenities sirf inauguration ke din chamakte hain. Kids' play area ki safety concern is very real, especially when you have little ones. I'm also a first-time buyer, so every penny counts.
