Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 ka brochure bahut fancy hai, par actual amenities ka kya scene hai? Suna hai promised things don't materialize. Is it just paper-good, not livable?

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is the norm now, be prepared for it.

Totally agree! I visited their site in Ambegaon a few months back, and the sample flat was nothing like the brochure. Felt like a bait and switch. ₹3 Cr for this? Crazy, especially when they ask for such a premium but deliver basic amenities.
Haan bhai, builder promises are just that – promises. Very rarely fully met. My friend faced issues with another Gokhale project near Sinhagad Road, same story.
Same here! I saw their other project too, Tejalkunj Phase 1. Amenities were delayed for ages. Kya guarantee hai ki isme time pe milenge? That June 2026 date feels very optimistic.
