Yaar, exactly! Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 ka ₹3 Cr sunke hi darr lagta hai. Amenities toh baad ki baat hai, pehle itna paisa justify ho. Kahi bas show-off toh nahi? First-time buyer ke liye itna bada gamble lena bahut mushkil hai.
