I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, fed up of landlords. Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 Pune mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Especially after a year, cracks, seepage issues aate hain kya? Aur water supply, tank capacity kitni reliable hai? Don't want to get stuck with tanker dependency. Investors ka kya experience raha?

Gokhale Constructions ka track record kaisa hai overall? I mean, Tejalkunj No 2 is ₹3.0 Cr, that's a huge investment. Are they known for good quality or are there red flags? What about their track record for previous projects? Water supply issues are common in many new areas, but a reputable builder usually plans for it.
I've heard mixed reviews about Gokhale. My uncle bought a flat from them near Sinhagad Road a few years back. Finishing issues the, minor cracks bhi aaye the, but structural integrity was fine. Water supply unke area mein bhi problem thi, but that's more of a general PMC issue in many
Totally agree with the OP! Water supply and construction quality are my biggest fears as a first-time buyer. Landlords se toh chhutkara mil jayega, but builder ke issues se kaun bachayega?
Exactly! Mera ek friend Ambegaon Budruk mein ek project mein phans gaya tha. Water tanker dependency itni thi ki bill har mahine 5-6k extra aata tha. Aur construction quality? Walls se paani tapakta tha monsoon mein. Builders have become so careless, especially with Pune's current market where prices are soaring but quality is often compromised. Has anyone actually visited the site recently? What's the ground reality there?
Bhai, Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2, that's the one near Pashan, right? Honestly, construction quality is such a gamble these days. Har builder promises the moon, but after a year, cracks and seepage are almost standard. ₹3.0 Cr for a first home, I'd be super nervous about these things too. Make sure you check their RERA documents properly.
