Okay, I'll be honest — moving into Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 last month has been an experience. Flat ka floor plan jab dekha tha, bohot efficient laga. But ab settle hone ke baad, lagta hai carpet area daily use ke liye thoda kam hai. Kids ke liye space kaafi tight feel hota hai. Is it just me, ya others also feel the actual living space isn't as practical as it looked on paper?
