Visited Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 last weekend. Acha laga but construction quality ko leke thoda doubt hai. Already ek 2BHK hai Pune mein, ab 3BHK ya villa upgrade ka soch raha hoon. Promised amenities brochure mein toh mast dikhte hain, but real life mein kitna deliver hota hai? Kisi ka experience hai with this project ya builder? After a year, cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth it if basic quality hi compromise ho?

Yaar, I had the exact same feeling. Brochure looks amazing but the site visit felt... off. Especially for 3 Cr, quality should be top-notch. For this price, I expect no compromises.
