Ghaziabad mein completed projects bhi headache ban jaate hain, bilkul sahi baat hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for investment. Gold Homes Apartment dekha tha, ₹77L mein completed mil raha hai. Laga sahi deal hai, but ab sun raha hoon ki iska rental yield expectations se kaafi kam hai. Matlab, kya actual mein koi yahan achha rent nikal pa raha hai? Ya sirf investor hi investor hain society mein, making it a ghost town? I'm really worried about the resale market liquidity too. Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, buyer milenge bhi ya nahi? Already ek home loan chal raha hai, I can't afford a bad investment. Any real experiences, please share.
