Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Gold Homes Apartment in Ghaziabad. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit easily, so community pe depend karta hoon. Jab liya tha, laga tha achha rental income banega but ab sun raha hoon society mein kaafi investor units hain. Matlab, end-users kam hain? Iska rental yield pe kitna farak padta hai? Resale market bhi affected hogi na? Koi batao, real ground situation kya hai for Gold Homes? Is it becoming a ghost society?

Yaar, Ghaziabad mein aise small projects ka rental market theek nahi hai. Especially if it's not near a metro or major commercial hub. My friend bought a 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand II and struggled for months to find a good tenant. Dubai se manage karna aur
Gold Homes? Bhai, I thought that project was super small. Are you sure about the investor ratio? Small projects usually have more end-users, but 3 units? That's barely a society!
