Gold Homes infra – should I trust pre-launch offers?

Sector 156 mein, I'm seeing crazy pre-launch discounts from Gold Homes Infra. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games, but this seems too good to be true. Has anyone invested in their projects before? Kya scene hai? Should I go for it, or stick to ready-to-move flats even if the EMI is higher? Honestly not sure which way to go, need some advice!
