Noida Extension — Gold The Royal 107 mein possession liye abhi 3 mahine hi hue hain. Builder ne jo amenities dikhayi thi, unmein se kaafi toh abhi tak bas naam ki hain. Construction quality bhi thodi shaky lag rahi hai, kuch walls mein hairline cracks already dikh rahe hain. Investor point of view se, isse long-term value aur tenant attraction par kya farak padega? Maintenance itna high hai but service quality utni nahi lag rahi.

Same here bhai! I'm a first-time buyer and this is my biggest fear. Amenities mein kya specific issues hain? Gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, kids play area... kaunsa wala missing hai ya substandard hai?
Totally agree U3. Plus, the construction quality is really bad. My friend bought here, and he's already complaining about seepage in one of the bathrooms. It's a nightmare for a new property.
U2, you hit the nail on the head. Gym mein equipment basic hain aur swimming pool toh abhi tak functional hi nahi hai, just a big pit. Clubhouse ka kaam bhi adhoora pada hai. Builder ne toh brochure mein international standard amenities dikhayi thi!
Yaar, I was also looking at Gold The Royal 107. Your post has me really worried. Builder ki marketing toh sabse best lagti hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Meri research mein bhi kuch similar feedback aaye the for other projects in Noida Extension. Kya yeh builder ka general trend hai for projects in this area, ya sirf is project mein problem hai?
