Gold The Royal 107 — I'm seriously considering this for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, I'm trying to figure if the ₹89.99 L–₹1.30 Cr price range justifies the carpet area. Brochure mein space accha dikhta hai, but daily life mein kitna usable hai? Jin logon ne possession li hai, unka experience kaisa raha? Koi hidden issues ya surprises mile kya after moving in? Is it genuinely good to live in, ya just good on paper?
