Since last quarter, I've been re-evaluating my portfolio and Gold The Royal 107 in Noida Extension came up. It's a completed project, so delivery risk zero hai. My concern is the capital appreciation. Post-completion, kya iska price movement justified hai for the 90L-1.3Cr range? From my experience, secondary market mein liquidity ka issue hota hai for premium projects in this belt. What's the real resale potential here? What kind of rental yield are investors actually getting? Thinking about a 5-year exit strategy, who's the buyer for such properties then?
