₹65 lakh de diye aur 2.5 saal se zyada ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahin mila. Kids have moved out, so I sold our big house in Vasundhara and booked a 3BHK in Golden Avenue Premium Floors. Thought it would be manageable, you know, low maintenance. Builder Magic Homes hai. They're delaying like crazy, aur abhi tak OC ka naam nahin. RERA mein complaint karna kitna effective hai, yaar? Matlab, Ghaziabad mein kya builders ko RERA se bilkul darr nahin lagta? Bina OC ke possession lena kitna risky hai? Koi batao, what are my real legal options under RERA? Has anyone here faced such significant delays with Ghaziabad builders, especially for these ready-to-move type flats? I'm honestly not sure what to do next.

Magic Homes? Bhai, inka naam toh suna hai delays ke liye. My cousin booked with them near Abhay Khand a few years ago, and unko bhi 1.5 saal late possession mila. Bina OC ke toh bilkul mat lena, it's a huge risk. Electricity connection, water supply, completion certificate – sab mein problem aati hai. RERA mein complain
Oh god, this is exactly my fear! ₹65 lakh is a huge amount. RERA ka kya faayda phir?
