Golden Avenue Premium Floors: Are snag lists normal?
Golden Avenue Premium Floors – we took possession of our 3BHK last month and honestly, the snag list is just insane. My wife and I were upgrading for the kids, thinking it would be perfect for their school admission, but the reality is different. So many promised amenities, especially for kids, feel like an afterthought. The clubhouse is still not fully functional, and the children's play area is so small, not safe for active play. We're already seeing small cracks near windows and some electrical fittings are loose. It's frustrating when you pay so much, then spend time chasing the builder. Did anyone else at Golden Avenue face similar construction quality issues or amenity delivery problems? How did you get them to actually fix things properly?

Oh god, this sounds exactly like what my cousin went through with another builder in Ahinsa Khand II! They also promised the moon, especially for kids' amenities, and then delivered nothing. Chasing them for fixes was a nightmare. Did you try reaching out to their RERA contact?
U2, exactly! We tried the RERA contact, but they just forward it back to the builder's customer service, who then takes ages to respond. It's a never-ending loop. Did your cousin eventually get their
