Golden Gate Residency II: Real living experience in Mohali?
After 7 years of renting in Mohali, I'm finally fed up. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, toh ab apna ghar lene ki soch raha hoon. Golden Gate Residency II dekh raha tha, ₹85.35L se shuru ho raha hai. But honestly, is it genuinely good to live daily, ya sirf brochure mein accha lagta hai? Amenities jaise gym, club house kitne functional hain, ya bas show-off ke liye? Neighbours ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai kya? Schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Noise levels ka kya scene hai? Koi resident hai yahan se, can share real experiences? EMI vs rent ki math kar raha hoon, bohot confused hoon.
