Golden Shree Ganpati Residency amenities are overrated
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. After years of renting, and my landlord raising rent again, I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Ghaziabad. Golden Shree Ganpati Residency (completed) came up in my search, around the ₹78L mark. It looks decent on paper, but I'm really fed up of brochure promises not matching reality. I'm doing the EMI vs rent math constantly. Has anyone lived there, or knows someone who does? I'm wondering if it's genuinely good for daily living, or if it's just another project that looks good but has issues. Specifically, how are the amenities? Do people actually use the gym or community hall, or are they just there for show? Also, what's the neighbourhood vibe like? Are there decent schools and markets close by for families? Not sure if it's the right choice for a first home. Any insights would be super helpful.

Totally understand your confusion, U1! Yeh developers ka toh pura game hi hai. I almost
Bhai, 78 lakh for a first home in Ghaziabad is a big amount, even for a completed project. I'm also looking around that budget and it feels like everything is just inflated. Golden Shree Ganpati Residency ka naam suna hai, but for that price, you'd expect top-notch amenities, not just for show. My biggest fear is hidden costs after moving in.
