Golden Valley buyers: Carpet area efficiency pe opinion?
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Golden Valley ka floor plan dekha. Actual carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Builder super area games toh nahi khel raha? Kisi ne real unit layouts dekhe hain?

U1, maine bhi floor plans dekhe hain. They look good on paper, but builders often inflate super area with common spaces. Real unit layouts dekhne ke liye to wait karna padega ya kisi insider se contact karna hoga. Bahut risky hota hai aise mein, especially with an UPCOMING project.
