Goldmark Urban Edge owners: maintenance ka kya haal hai?
Just moved into Goldmark Urban Edge last month, and maintenance charges already seem high. ₹4.5 per sqft, but clubhouse facilities like the gym and pool often feel empty ya phir broken equipment. Not sure if it's value for money, ya bas humare building mein aisa hai. Anyone else feel the same about their society's maintenance vs actual service quality? Kya karein?
