As someone jo industry mein hai, I know how builders play the super area vs carpet area game, aur RERA ke baad bhi delays common hain. Like, I heard about a Godrej project near SPR jahan 'early bird discount' liya, lekin ab construction-linked payments drain kar rahe hain due to slow work. Ready-to-move mein premium hai, but kam se kam OC ka tension nahi. Kya Sohna mein abhi bhi under-construction lena worth it hai for investment? Ya phir DLF ya M3M ke ready projects hi better hain, despite the higher price tag? What's your take on the actual possession timelines vs. advertised ones?
